Benny turns 4!

4?! How is that even possible. This year I feel like my little baby is definitely gone and a very funny, smart boy is here to stay. I love every version of Ben and I’m so glad I get to be his mom. :)

Lizzie’s needed to come out for her spring break to get some teeth related things done for her upcoming implant, so we also planned Ben’s big celebration!

We picked her up from the airport and went to Taco Mama!

Back at home Ben showed Liz some presents he wrapped up for her.

My mom and Damon drove in and were at the Land Rover dealership for their car. We ambushed them and brought them back over to our house for a few hours.

The next day we got ready to go spend the night at the Grand. Ben packed all of his own clothes! Such a big boy. We shopped around in Fairhope before we hit the splash pad!

Logan met up with us after work and we enjoyed some dinner and a sunset! I love it here.

Logan had to work his one Friday the next day, but he opted to still sleep over at the hotel with us. Poor Ben was awake alllll night with growing pains. Ouch! We drove home to find Ben’s birthday balloons set up! He loved them.

We spent the rest of the day getting ready for Ben’s birthday party! We kept it pretty low key this year and it was perfect! I ordered some pizza, had my neighbor make a cake and invited over my neighbor friend Jan. She was widowed last November and we walk together most mornings. She’s became such a great friend to us, and she spoils Ben rotten. We all had a great night together!

I was sad not to have our normal photogenics photoshoot! I looked at a few different photographers until Logan suggested I do it myself. That never even crossed my mind! I set off to build a set and had so much fun doing it!

We spent his actual birthday with a trip to bass pro for a fishing pole and lunch with dad!
